I’ve been to sooo many other pools around australia that have either been free or donation, and were miles above this place. This one Was $7.50 to have 80% of the pool taken up by swim lanes that weren’t all even being used, no diving allowed, the place had no atmosphere, good pool for if you just want to swim laps but a depressing place for if you just want to cool off and play. Female changing rooms dirty and smelt like urine aswell.
Update December 2023: Pools are excellent, laps in the outdoor 50m are wonderful. Unfortunately, the change rooms still reeked of piss.
Only started going to the pool a couple mths ago,wish we started sooner. Absolutely love it. Lifeguards and staff are friendly.

In the past 3 months we have been stolen from by staff not helped when reporting. Ignored at the counter multiple times to the point I walked away without ordering. The life savers are on a power trip and don't actually listen to the children when asked a question but happy for them to treat them like a dog and sit in one spot to be scolded for being in the wrong area ONCE! NOT HAPPY WONT BE BACK EVER. As a local I'm very disappointed in the recent behavior of the staff
The staff are pretty inattentive. I come here once a week with my partner and pay the one off entry fee when there’s actually staff at the desk, which is about 30% of the time. We wait about 5 mins before just walking through, we can hear staff talking out the back but they don’t check the desk even when we yell out saying hello. Nothing. Pools are good though.
NEVER GOING BACK THATS FOR SURE been twice within a couple of months first trip had lifeguards with sticky fingers and then no help from management when I reported money missing from my bag and then today standing waiting to order I was completely ignored and had school children served ahead of me for around 10 mins before I gave up and went to sit back down only to have a lifeguard on a power trip treat my son like a puppy making him stand on the side of the pool while he talked down to him all so he could say no to something that had nothing to do with what my son asked him to begin with upsetting my son on his birthday god job guys you should all be ashamed of the lack of compassion and the unfriendly environment that you have created.
Very good facility. For recreational swimming all year round. Good swim instructors, especially Mercedes who teaches my 3 year old grandson, she has great skills and patience.
Good on one of the hottest days on the weekend, yet surprisingly quiet.
